This marks the company’s continued expansion in the United States.
PointsBet, a global gambling company, has announced that its online casino product is now available in West Virginia. This move follows the launch of a mobile betting platform and a sports betting platform, both of which went live in August 2021.
The Mountain State is the third area where the Australian gambling behemoth has made its unique iGaming technology available. Michigan was the first to go online in May 2021, followed by New Jersey in July the same year.
Naturally, management at PointsBet is pleased to be building on an already substantial presence in the United States. “As PointsBet rapidly extends its presence across the US and the online casino sector continues to grow in popularity, we are happy to be able to now provide an online casino experience to players in West Virginia,” said Aaron O’Sullivan, Vice President of Online Casino Revenue.
“In all of the states where we are permitted to offer the service, it has been our mission to provide our users with the best-in-class casino material.” We are committed to its continued growth and to maintaining PointBet’s leadership position in the online casino business.”
In recent months, the company’s online casino operation has improved.
“We’re aggressively scaling our business and have now incorporated Scientific Games’ platform to enhance our premium content portfolio,” said Manjit Gombra Singh, President of Product and Technology. We’re looking forward to extending and improving our product portfolio throughout the year so that our users in PointsBet online casinos have more possibilities.”
In the United States, the company’s mobile betting product has a far wider presence. Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and, of course, West Virginia are among the states where it is now active.
