MGM Resorts unveiled MGM Rewards, its newly redesigned loyalty rewards program, on Tuesday.
Non-gaming members will be able to earn MGM Rewards Points, which can be used for complimentary dining, entertainment, hotel stays, and more, for the first time, according to the firm.
According to MGM, the revamped loyalty program will be connected coast-to-coast, giving all members more opportunities to tier up and enjoy perks at destination resorts such as Bellagio, ARIA, MGM Grand, and Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, as well as Borgata in Atlantic City, Beau Rivage in Mississippi, and MGM National Harbor in Maryland.
For a limited period, all MGM Rewards members will receive a 2x multiplier on Tier Credits earned at the company’s Las Vegas resorts from February 1 to April 30 as a welcome to the program.
Waived resort fees with direct bookings for Gold+ members, free valet parking for Gold+ members and free self-parking for Pearl+ members, late check-out till 4 p.m. and an annual suite upgrade in Las Vegas for Platinum+ members are just a few of the perks.
MGM Rewards concerts in Las Vegas with “top-name artists” will be free for all members at the Pearl level or higher.
Based on 2022 spend, Platinum+ members will receive tier-match bonuses from Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, as well as complimentary cruises with onboard loyalty perks while travelling on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises.
Members can earn World of Hyatt points for stays at all MGM Rewards destinations in Las Vegas, and they can select between MGM Rewards Tier Credits or World of Hyatt Points for eligible Hyatt expenditure.
