With Desert Diamond Mobile, Strive Gaming has made its debut in Arizona.
The Tohono O’odham Nation owns Desert Diamond Mobile and manages all four of the brand’s casinos.
The casino will leverage Strive Gaming’s player platform and managed services solution as a result of their partnership.
Strive’s managed services solution is available to operators’ players 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and provides dedicated customer assistance. The customer service staff is made up of highly trained personnel stationed in North America and Europe.
Desert Diamond Mobile will take advantage of Strive’s tight integration with the Kambi tech stack, which powers Desert Diamond Mobile’s sportsbook, as part of the arrangement.
Strive Gaming was designed specifically for the post-PASPA North American market, to fulfil the needs of individual operators while remaining compatible with various state restrictions.
“Having spent time in Arizona and on the site at Desert Diamond Casinos around the state, I recognise the quality and importance of the Desert Diamond brand to customers,” said Max Meltzer, CEO of Strive Gaming.
“When it comes to combining existing Desert Diamond clients online and leveraging the Desert Diamond brand equity to sign up new customers, Desert Diamond Mobile will have enormous power.” Our market-leading technologies and services will serve as a foundation for this.
“This is an ambitious initiative, but one that we are thrilled to be a part of, and I am looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Desert Diamond Mobile.”
