The move of Glitnor Group’s personnel to Villino Zammit, Malta, was accomplished successfully, and the company also implemented a new working policy.
Among the company’s brands are Lucky Casino, Gambola, and Swintt. Its employees will now operate out of the renowned Villino Zammit building in Sliema, which was designed by philanthropist Alfonso Maria Galea and his brother-in-law Agostino Borg Cardona in the late 1800s. In recent years, it has been home to a number of iGaming enterprises.
The company has also launched a variety of initiatives targeted at assisting employees in achieving a better work-life balance. Glitnor Group employs over 200 people in multiple countries and operates brands in the Asian and European casino sectors.
“We thrive at Glitnor Group by doing things differently, and by relocating our team members to a genuinely unique environment in Malta’s Villino Zammit and offering them with a progressive new working philosophy, we’re poised to continue bucking the trend in 2022,” stated Glitnor Group CEO David Flynn.”We believe our new location and activities are a fitting ‘thank you’ to our team members for their contributions to the company’s spectacular first two years.” The organisation has reinforced its status as one of the top employers in the industry, with a flexible approach to office hours and a spectacular creative environment to work from, and we look forward to additional expansion in the New Year.”
